They are not in a cage. They can work in Israel and live in Israel peacefully. Is it a perfect system?? No way. Stop demanding the destruction of Israel and things will change.

"Stop resisting" hasn't worked on any colonial settler state ever. Resistance and global pressure is the only option. You are delusional if you think Palestinians are treated equally as Israelis in the colony.
