That's a grey area in MO actually. You can technically transport adults in the back of a truck, just not minors. that kind of thing is common around farms. We probably don't want to change it either as it'd just give them another tool to harass migrants, and still wouldnt stop this

Pick up trucks, yes all over in the south. You see them using big trucks to do this too?

No, but in my layman's reading it doesn't seem like they make a distinction in the law. That said, if I saw a bunch of people in the back of a u-haul I would absolutely call it in. Doubly so if it was a bunch of white dudes.

I know either PA or OH, it’s illegal and will result in arrest of the driver. Or it has been. Hopefully still is. U Haul can ban the driver from rentals if it’s called into them also. Get the plate. It’s trafficking. They better do something. 🤞

A truck driver I just asked said it’s ok in city limits to be in the back, like movers do, but not on the highway…so, we need to follow that truck, and have a second and third car to follow the car they use to ride behind their truck. Drones are great too.

Yeah, it's against u-hauls rules, just not sure it's against the *law*. I imagine they are not transporting those folks all the way home in that thing. I hope someone saw where they went and got footage of that.
