I had a similar experience in Montreal. When my friends and I would get together we would drink beer, smoke weed, and play hacky sack in the garage all night where there were only two rules: 1. If it drops, you never hit it yourself but instead throw it to someone else and 2. Never say 'sorry'.

Piss poor city kid living on the streets with a love of sports and martial arts. Couldn't afford much else. Connection to raves. I suppose that's the gist of it. Good memories. Good kids.
