This reminds me of the old New Yorker cartoon, where a guy is on the phone with his calendar open, and he says “How about never? Does never work for you?” That is what it will be this time around.
I would also note that at this point many legitimate are simply being denied, which means the need will not be addressed, AND that the wait time will never be recorded.
Just looking at the dates related to the time, on a superficial level, it might appear that how long it takes depends on who is is office, and how motivated they are to attend to the needs of your community.
The delays seem to be longer under Republican presidencies.
