More oversight is needed along with the removal of lifetime appointments.
IMPEACH and REPLACE BETTER inexperienced Federal Judges with a true moral compass.
The system rots from the head, starting with the example SCOTUS sets. The Federalist Society and right wing money have destroyed the rule of law in this country.
Yeah where's the fucking oversight? God damn corrupt judges. I'm pretty sure that corrupt and judges are synonymous.
I assume Justice Clarence Thomas is included in this number.
Gee, it's almost as if a conflict of interest means someone's decision making can't be trusted. Who knew? 🤷♀️
Oh...you mean like several on the Not-So-Supreme Court. Alrighty then!
It’s the CORRUPTION that is killing our country!
Judges shouldn’t be able to recuse when a case poses a personal conflict of interest; they should be MANDATED to recuse
The #JudicialConference failed us miserably.
I'm a UC ALJ in PA and this is drilled into us from the start. I've recused from even the slightest. My cousin had a UC case earlier this summer. He called me & I told him I couldn't talk about it. I also couldn't hear his case. Another Referee in my office took it.
That should be a crime, not homelessness
When there’s no ethics in the Supreme Court, it trickles down to lower courts.
We need some more checks and balances on our judges.
Cute but what is the percentage of them that ruled in favor of the family members. Hmmmmm. My brothers a judge he would recuse 💯 no doubt in my mind.
