I doubt anyone on this thread has any idea how much "agency" was held by anyone over Biden's decisions than he did. I see lots of speculation, but very little knowledge.

Everyone is speculating. I'm just saying Kamala wouldn't have been the one covering. His chief of staff probably would have been the one with the most reach. People are scared and angry and lashing out.
