Looks like the primary reason Harris lost was because more Biden 2020 voters sat out this time than Trump 2020 voters.

There were other factors too. More voters switched from Biden in 2020 to Trump in 2024 than from Trump in 2020 to Harris in 2024. And among the people who didn't vote in 2020 but did turn out in 2024, Trump did better than Harris.
