Serious question: What do you have for breakfast?
Serious question: What do you have for breakfast?
A protein drink at around 10:30
Matcha and toast are my go-tos, but I do enjoy granola with berries whenever they’re in season. I like to make coconut oatmeal for brekkie too but usually only during the cooler months. Why? What do you usually have?
The problem is there's no "usually" and I don't often eat until well after noon. I have a lot of food issues, to be honest.
Sounds like intermittent fasting could be right up your alley since you don’t eat til after noon anyway. Have you tried it? I sometimes do that when I know I’m going to have a low activity day and honestly it’s so convenient.
Yeah I've tried it, but I can be very inconsistent.
Real and relatable. For instance today I’m sitting down to my first meal of the day at *checks time* 1pm 🕐 👀
Lol yeah. I haven't eaten either. Gonna do potatoes and chili.
That sounds delicious, enjoy! That reminds me, I need to make dinner tonight… 🥲
Cereal, local berries with almond milk and a small amount of black tea. It doesn't last long, though, so then there is a second breakfast. Coffee and some kind of protein with sourdough rye.
Pinch of salt Glass of water then Two fried eggs on broccoli sprouts and avocado toast Coffee or matcha Otherwise I’m a useless puddle
Sounds good! Have you ever mixed your coffee and matcha?
No. That would set me into the other direction… chihuahua on crack. 🤣
Lol it works for me! I'm not very sensitive to caffeine
Impressive! I add coconut oil to both when drinking to slow the hit🫣
Ooh, that reminds me I need to order seeds to sprout, thanks.
I have the set up and the seeds but I never got around to sprouting them.
I have a quart jar with a mesh lid that was designed for sprouting.
Meat and potatoes and sometimes an egg with that.
