Zip ties are pretty economical, if you’re 100% sure it’s only ICE in the back. Citizens arrests aren’t real, and cops are just going to side with ICE.

Their job is to round people up. They’re doing so frequently without warrants, but are you seeing them committing a felony? Do you have proof of them committing a felony? A cop just isn’t going to side with you doing a citizens arrest on another “law enforcement” asshole.
No warrants means felony kidnapping. All they need to do is show it.
Even if they did have one for a person they’re abducting, I don’t think they’re going to stop to show it to a random concerned citizen. I think you’d need a whole group of people to even have a chance of successfully pulling off your idea, but conceptually I like it.
I’m aware that the concept is real, but if you think you’re going to grab ICE agents and turn them into the cops and ICE will get arrested instead of you right now for obstruction of justice and false imprisonment charges… I admire your bravery, but cops and ICE are part of the same machine.
I'd arrest them and see what happens after. I'd get national attention and legal representation. I'll also never allow any cop to arrest me ever again. I was falsely arrested twice before. I already know how bad it can go. I hope they do too.

Or they might just shoot you, and claim you had a weapon and they “feared for their lives” and they’ll get away with it. Cops are corrupt, and answer to themselves. I like your idea, and I hope you’re right, but the idea that you alone can take on LEOs and get them to back you is wildly optimistic.

You don’t even really need a lock. All you really need is a u-shaped piece of metal that is weighted correctly so that the lock stays latched until someone from outside of the truck is able to open the door. I wish more stuff happened in my town. 😂

Lock Tips: 1. Use non-key retaining locks. Meaning you can remove the key while open & lock it w/o needing to insert a key. 2. JB weld the keyway to thwart picking before use. 3. Use locks w/double ball shackle to thwart shimming. 4. Add nuts/washers to shackle in-lieu of an expensive shrouded lock.

My question to Penske: Is the company owned by white supremacists? It is pretty unusual for one specific truck company to not only be used by ICE but also for the Nazis regularly. Boycotting them would be a good first step to combat what they feel is acceptable.

Oh, I didn't see this. My guess is they are fine with it, but they dont want to get potential backlash, so they send out messages to criticize to use as cover. In all reality, when we started seeing the Nazis use them regularly, we should have already started a boycott.
