I’m hoping this fixes this one particular issue, but I have to note that today’s ACIP is not last year’s—so I fear the panel now stacked with RFKjr’s minions will give us all an awful surprise.

I agree, it is best (if not imperative) for states to rewrite the rules, it’s just I got the feeling from the post you quoted that Dr. Jacobs expects ACIP to do the right thing next month. I’m feeling less confident.
