In S1 E2 of Star Trek: The Animated Series, titled “Yesteryear,” the creature known as Le-matya uses Godzilla’s iconic roar. Given his design and color scheme, it’s likely he also influenced the design of Battle Cat from He-Man, produced by the same company, Filmation, ten years later.
