1/ Quebecers won't vote for him. I'm not sure about TO. They've always been a Liberal stronghold. No idea about the rest of On. He would have to depend on Sask and Ab. The numbers aren't there. BC is a mixed bag so anything's possible. NL and NB is a maybe. PEI only has 4 seats, traditionally Lib.
