Who’s creating the shadow sites replicating what’s being deleted? Where’s the proxy to make the history relevant and the lies redundant? Who is out there setting up a parallel/alternate url to combat?
I've heard of several efforts in that regard, scientists and records librarians and workaday folks in agencies saving materials. I don't know of one overarching plan, though.

The “cancel culture” that these people whine about is the fact that their racist, homophobic, misogynistic ways were no longer tolerated. Instead of trying to become better people, they became worse, and now, this is the beginning of their revenge.
Save history books and old encyclopedias in case they succeed and we need to re-group.
