it's fine for straight men to date and hook up and it is a problem that the the right pushes out so much negativity but i think the issue is that advice on 'how to get laid' is actually quite readily available from straight women, it's just that straight men don't listen to or respect straight women

it's not manipulative inherently but i can see how this "well just treat women nicely and they'll have sex with you!" idea is still basically viewing women as a means to your sexual pleasure rather than humans who might also choose to have sex with you if they feel like it, so i still understand

whenever i need advice on dating/my love life/literally anything involving other women, the first place i go to is my female friends, and believe me they will fucking tell me all about everything i'm doing wrong (and what to do right) almost instantly. then i'll ask my mum if it's really real
