Well, let's be realistic: In a scenario where Hillary received ~80,000 more votes in MI/PA/WI and eked out a win, the odds are the House & Senate results would've been virtually identical, meaning Dems would still have been down 52/48 in the Senate. Scalia's open seat would remain open...

...and McConnell/GOP were dead set on blocking ANY SCOTUS nominations by Hillary. So, it would've presumably remained 4-4 deadlocked until RBG passed away in Sept. 2020.
