I don't think enough people have highlighted that he said "he saw it on TV" so it must be true. Not from info gathered via the US's vast intelligence network or spy satellites which could easily give officially-vetted images. No, he's relying on Fox News. If it's not on his TV, it doesn't exist.
I mean he's separating families including zip tying children, killed USAID & SNAP, chops CHIP & Medicaid, halting billions for schools, close friend of child sex traffickers & on the record for sexualizing children including his own daughter but suddenly cares about the needs of children.
With Trump, it's only about the optics, not the reality, of starving children. Anyone who conflates the two doesn't understand Trump.
