You'd have to dismantle the red states's nuclear armaments. That would have to happen and it would have to be relocated to certain blue States and Canada in order to protect the rest of the things until the rest of the world can denuclearize safely.

True. I don't know enough about how that would be done but we do know that Trump is (to use a Britishism) gagging to use a nuke or two. In fact, I wouldn't put it past him to push the red button on his deathbed for no other reason than because if he has to die, everyone's going to die.
