Not a legal expert, but the SC should be a panel of 21 judges selected for 2 year terms by lottery drawn from the judiciary at large. Interpreting the law isn’t rocket science and, on average, people will get it right.
This is quite a touchy subject for me. Only because it seems to be easy to corrupt people in positions of power.
I vote NO to all republican judges and YES to democratic judges every time and I have seen no change from voting- but I have witnessed this Regime purposefully and illegally fill seats with Republicans who suck off Trump without a vote from the people. Just saying...
