Not being able to get your annual COVID-19 vaccination -- during a COVID-19 wave -- for random, conspiracy-laden reasons, is likely to get everyone's attention. It still risks death or long COVID. Not that many people kept up with annual vaccinations, but some did. Others liked having the option.
