Quesadillas are my staple. Pepper jack cheese and other cheeses. I like the malty smell when heating the Mission brand tortillas before adding the cheese. Different toppings, salsa (different brands, today will be Chi-Chi's), guacamole salsa from Herdez and toppings from other brands.
