Fuck the WSJ editorials. They are a propaganda arm of Rupert Murdoch.
Fuck the WSJ editorials. They are a propaganda arm of Rupert Murdoch.
Not a peep…
Fanatical even
Everything you describe is the *goal* - and also this bsky.app/profile/city...
What's so radical about affordable housing and providing access to food markets?
Trump discussed Iran bombing our base, I guess he was good with that.
Spot on!
we currently have 2 political choices-the republicans-oligarch-christo-fascists & the democrats-corporate neoconservative-there is nothing improbable about Momdani…
Everything moving left is radical. Everything moving right is the "will of the people".
Exactly. Even a label like “reactionary” - which more fittingly describes MAGA - actually doesn’t sound as insidious as “radical”
Free busses though, whoa there, Marx.
I guess im radical too than?
Also, how ludicrous is it to talk about Mamdani coming from a "world of privilege" because his parents are, what, a reasonably successful prof and a filmmaker? COMPARED TO THE NEPO M/BILLIONAIRES WHO ARE AT THE CORE OF THE WSJ'S READERSHIP? *ahem* plz pardon my capslock. Got stuck there for a sec.
You've listed the main editorial positions of WSJ for decades. They were actually for all those things. Unsurprisingly, no one has ever thought these people charmiing, and they are mighty jealous.
The paper that ran a feature calling $200 bed sheets and a $2,000 table lamp "not actually that expensive" criticizing someone for coming from a world of privilege. [gift link]
I bought a $200 sheet. It’s actually linen and I’m hoping it’ll last a super long time. The less expensive cotton ones kept wearing out where my husband’s gnarly toenails dug in (gross, I know!), so it might be less expensive in the long run. Fingers crossed.
If the $200 sheet doesn't work, maybe a $200 gift card for your husband to use on pedicures at the local man spa will. :-D
Love that suggestion! It’s a lot cheaper too!
Of course not. What Republicans are doing is normal to them
No.... Haven't called GOP a fascist party either.....
With the nod to his privilege they’re also doing a fun “he’s brown and other but he’s also a class traitor.”
Oh that's not radical, that's just oh yes, right here - "Business"
No, because state media..
I’ve been ignoring the WSJ for a long time. I can continue.
Radical privilege, they say? Wait til they see the bridge multimillionaire Andy named after his dad.
Its like rich people are afraid socialism or something.
bit rich that the god damn wall street journal is talking about someone being from a "world of privilege"
Funny how there is never any mention of white men emerging from a world of privilege. How strange. 🤔
I'm begging people to stop reading and sharing and quoting the NYT. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stockho...
This is the Wall Street Journal though.
Pretty gross, all of it
