I just hope they found time in between all the horse-rein sex and the egg-yolks to include some wuthering. I like a nice bit of wuthering, and it wouldn’t be true to the book without it.

I mean, the original does kind of include actual necrophilia. When I was 11 or so I stumbled upon an illustrated edition featuring an engraving by Fritz Eichenberg of Heathcliff digging up Cathy's grave & found it deeply disturbing. I looked at it again just now & still do.
