You seriously think sane people would observe forced moments of silence? The biggest spontaneous sale of airhorns and bullhorns and the theme from “Curb Your Enthusiasm” would happen within hours of such a declaration.

I think there'd be an attempt to force it. I'm pretty sure I've been more than clear on my feelings about him, his administration, his movement, etc, here and elsewhere and in print. *shrugs*
