Are you serious that one appearance in an official capacity as chief executive of one of our 50 republics to acknowledge funds from the federal government disqualified Whitmer? Vote for a platform, not a personality. This isn't your HS class president.
Yeah I’m serious. Vote for whomever you like, I won’t vote for Whitmer, Newsom, I’ll never vote Fetterman in PA again. Dems gotta break the habit of granting legitimacy to the enemies of the republic, but maybe you’re fine with politics as usual. I’ll pass.
The platform I voted for with Fetterman sure as hell wasn’t “confirm multiple MAGA cabinet appointments and advance disastrous budget resolutions” but here we are. As a result I’m not voting for that person again. But I guess we all learn at a different pace

If you’re dumb enough to fall into that trap I’m not voting for you. But maybe you’re right, maybe Whitmer’s gas face is the symbol the electorate needs to rally behind. Maybe reinforcing the obvious hypocrisies of the elite will strike voters as authentic.
