How do you take your eyes off the road *and your hands off the wheel* at the same time? Like, looking at your phone is insanely dangerous as it is, but what do you expect to happen when you stop looking *and stop steering*?

she believes she can see the road when she looks at her phone, because it’s still within her peripheral vision the blackout video is really useful for illustrating how much information about the road her brain is actually clocking (essentially none)
