Looks like a drone strike at Ust-Luga, Russia's largest port on the Baltic Sea and the second largest in Russia after Novorossiysk. It is located in the Leningrad Oblast, 24 kilometers from the Estonian border and 100 kilometers southwest of St. Petersburg

Yes, I saw that. I was thinking also of this new and much-hyped Flamingo. The Ukrainians know a thing or two about rocketry and missiles.
