FWIW the last time I saw plod deal with a guy kicking off 2 cars & a van turned up, so ~6 officers. (Residential area a bit outside Lewisham, SE London)

It looks like it was GL just being arrested. Not kicking off. 5 plod? As it seems the arrest was over a possible assault that does track too.
