Consistency and doing things when you don’t want to are kryptonite. Consistency even when I really want to is hard. It’s like my brain just clears its caches every so often and I completely forget I even had the intention to have a routine, never mind to actually do it.
It’s certainly isn’t easy. Especially with pressures of wanting to have a good life with eating, drinking and socializing
What did you actually do consistently though?
Gym, meal prep, sticking to the plan set out for me.
