Yes, but what if that’s part of his plan. Then if Russia attacks Ukraine, he isn’t committed to NATO…and that is what he seems to want.

The thought of Moscow in radioactive ashes will stop even the craziest Russian. Those nukes are pointed at ALL major Russian cities RIGHT NOW! It's probably the only thing that has kept them behaving themselves for decades. Remember, they believe there is an all-out war with everyone now.

Apparently back in the 90’s it was found that Russia had done exactly none of the expensive, regular & very necessary upkeep on their nukes. It was doubtful any of them could be used. I’ll see if I can find the article .

I think I read that. I know I read that about some of America's too. Money was designated for the care of them, and the regime tried to steal and impound the funds for something else.
