if "voting is like a bus", then what kind of bus is it? if a bus isn't reliable, doesn't show up at bus stops at listed times, & doesn't get me to where I need to go, then what's the point? what kind of bus is that? can everyone get what they need out of this bus? idk if we should get on this bus.
