Idk that a $3.00 ticket is holding people back from taking one-off trips to the airport via Link. Wonder if we implemented a $10-20 toll (or some sort of congestion pricing model) for driving to the front doors of the airport if it would drive a mode shift.
The more pleasant you make the trip the more people will take it. Free ticket (which we mandate every airline to inform you of). Put up a heated walkway. Widen the walkway. People mover. The Port is spending billions on who knows what. They can spend a few million on a better pedestrian experience
