Trump practically gave Putin permission during one of his campaign speeches saying if somebody doesn't pay they can do whatever the hell they wanted because the US wouldn't help them... That was Russia's signal because shortly after that is when they invaded!!

Putin needed Thing 1 to get elected because he already knew Trump wasn't going to try and stop him and he's been in his glory ever since... What he wasn't counting on was Ukraine fighting to the teeth. He was clear it would end in 3 days. Trump said he could end in 24 hours!! They look like fools
