Every penis I’ve ever seen in my life but one was circumcised. And I personally know uncircumcised Jewish men. I’m taking their father & grandfather’s word on that. He is a first generation American Jew. Bar Mitzvah & year in Israel. Chose not to have his children cut. God did not punish him for it
