We have been buying a very conc. garlic oil from Dome Valley Garlic, out of Placitas and a wonderful women we met at the Santa Fe Farmer Market a few years back, Peaches. Santa Fe Oil Co carry’s it. We have one in Las Cruces but it has become more about crafts. But there are still some farmers selling lovely veggies. I get my tomatoes there. I believe there is also someone who makes flavored EVOO.
