Burn the whole rotten edifice down. Sack everyone with a WRU blazer & expense account. Start again from scratch with AWJ & Warburton & the 4 CEOs from the 4 regions sat on a panel to recruit a new management structure for the WRU v2.0 AWJ as chair & casting vote in the event of a tied decision.

I like this. The union is the biggest single problem in Welsh rugby. Let the amateur game have something else.

Yeah exactly. AWJ & Warbs are two people who have been at the heart of pro rugby for years & seen all sides of the game in Wales. There are simply too many committee members interested only in feathering their own nests within the WRU decision making processes.
