I tried to schedule one today. I thought all was well- but in the end I got this… I could’ve lied and claimed I have one of the conditions they listed- but was afraid I’d be asked for proof.

someone else on here said that they're just asking for you to self attest, no proof required, not sure how long this might be the case, or if it's the case in all locations

I have one of the conditions and this is the response I got from my CVS here in VA. I assume that it won’t be sorted until the ACIP meeting on September 19 🙁

Thanks and same to you. It’s madness. 🙁 I have a D Congresscritter but I am still going to reach out to them next week just to get it on the record with officialdom, as it were. I think it’s time for people to start lighting up the Hill on this issue.

Yep. State legislators may be helpful as well to bypass regulations that require cdc approval for pharmacy distribution — as apparently that is a state to state decision(?!?!?!)
