He's not usurping their powers, nor should THEY attempt to overstep into his. Separation of Powers means each branch has THEIR areas of control... only a boob thinks that all Executive powers are performed with permission from the courts.

Don’t trivialize it. Even if it’s 5-4 and this just the beginning of many Supreme Court orders he will refuse. That means if he decides to rule for ever, no one can get him out.
