Oooh that's pretty cool. I wonder if that'd help me. I have chronic wrist pain which flares from lifting heavy stuff. Might be I should look into them if I wanna try more pull/lift exercises.

They could help with your wrists since they offer support and stability for your wrist joints as well, I’m going to try using them with lat pulldows as well at some point
