@mudwoodgnomes.com This morning I broke my only Daily Bird cup (large size) that I've loved since I bought it some 15+ yrs ago. I'm gonna miss that little bird! I'm wondering if you have any old inventory from Mr. Huffman that predates the LaughinGnome brand? Or could make some?
We don't have any inventory from the Daily Bird era, but i might be able to repair your cup, as far as making something similar a plain mug ie without decorative glazing would be no problem, but replicating the shape is pretty tricky, if you have pictures or bring me the mug we can see about that.
also that looks like it can be repaired if you want to go that route.
ok thats a lot more broken then it looked in the first picture, it could probably be put back together but it would probably be more effort then it's worth. As far as the Daily Bird button stamp, i'll have to talk to Darby about using it on new work, due to the artists involved in designing it.

I talked to Darby and he said that you would need to ask him to make something with the Daily Bird stamp. If you would be interested in a different bird we've made a corvid sprig mold or we could do an outline of a bird like the mushroom decorated tumblers, with no glaze if that's what you want.
Sorry for taking so long to get back to you. So generous of Darby to be willing to make something! Iād love to go ahead and do that! Just an unglazed tall tumbler with the little Daily Bird tag . How should I go about ordering that? Thanks so much for all your efforts on this!
You can get in contact with Darby via laughingnome.com/contact/ or at the Edmonds Farmers Market, and he only told me that he would have to be the one to make any new Daily Bird branded things, you'll need to ask him if he will do it, so you should start from the beginning when you ask.

didn't see these at first, is that a straight sided cup with no handle?
It has a flare at the top, like the plain tumbler on your website. But with the little bird logo.
