Trump is sufficiently disconnected from reality to actually do that. But he's also sufficiently disconnected from reality to not know that there's an international treaty that forbids the use of nuclear weapons all over Latin America.

yup, the only question is does the military follow his orders or not. we are constantly assured the military won’t follow illegal orders, but not so much since whiskey pete took over and start firing top generals.
