as someone who can get severe head & facial pain from masking, hard echoing this. the experience of vomiting (an action hard to wear a mask during) in public from pain triggered by masking is a major reason i find it so important to talk about & use a diversity of mitigation tools 🤙🏻

I threw up inside my mask once while pregnant and dealing with morning sickness. It was one of the most unpleasant experiences of my entire life. 0/10 do not recommend.
