What are you even talking about? Repubs have never been fans of Head Start, as far back as I can remember (and I'm old). They don't like programs that help people and they especially don't like programs that could help some POC. They're more open about it under Chump, but it ain't new.

What are you talking about? I'm talking about the Republicans now and for the last four or five decades since they became dominant, not the Great Society Dems in the 1960s.
