I brought home a tiny chihuahua. She fit in a ball cap. I went out to grab some things and found my hubby panicked. She was missing and he said he looked everywhere. After half an hour we were standing in the bedroom and my slipper moved. She had crawled in and was snuggled tight. 😆😆😆❤️

One time we moved from Illinois to Iowa. My husband moved first so the kids could finish the school year. He took our two cats with him when we closed on our new house. He came home from work and couldn’t find them anywhere. He looked every in the house and outside in case they got out.

He looked for hours. One of the cats was a 20 pound calico, so not like he was looking for a tiny kitten. He called me and let me know. I told the kids that it seemed we had lost the cats. That night, he went to go to bed. He’d been sleeping on an air mattress. Pulled the covers back, and there

they were. They about scared the crap out of him. But he was so happy to call and let us know that he found them.

Probably took a really great snooze.🤣.

Been there. My black cat and orange tabby are amazing at not being found if they don't want to be.

We call it going to zipper land, they just leave this dimension. My cats are straight up magic, you can't tell me otherwise. It's just sometimes they only have enough magic to get into situations into hiding places, and not enough to get out

Last night I called our mostly black tortie girl kitty up to the bedroom. It was very dark, but slowly the landing of the stairs grew much darker. And then that dark spot moved quickly and silently up towards me. Her ascent reminded me of descriptions of ghosts and spirits. It was spooky.
