Its thanks to others being patient with me that I was able to get it back. It means a lot that im able to move forward, a tiny bit.

It still takes you reaching to accept the hand. It may feel like a tiny bit, but you know how it is, the longest journey starts with a single step. I've been in similar situations myself. You're doing great <3
