I want I love about Seattle is that there’s a ton of folks in the city who view this as not enough and are fighting tooth and nail to expand housing production across the city and are winning.

70% of Seattle is single family housing. They're rich multimillionaires who bought homes in the 80s when it was 40k a pop. They don't want their fortune to go away, plus general NIMBY Culture. But there's so many other, better residents pushing for positive change.
