I hate every time I feel compelled to weigh in but like Jesus Christ why does my Senator *need* to endorse a mayor outside of my state when WE ARE ELECTING A GOVERNOR in a few months?!? Like if you need that to justify voting or convince people you’ve got bigger problems in & out of the bubble.
Like good lord, who the hell cares. People in Scotland, Australia, the UK, Canada weighing in on this race. If he wins - they're just setting him up for their purity-ass failure anyway. They're already doing it.
He’ll probably end up being a diet version of Mayor Johnson in Chicago w/ annoying coverage. Especially since opponents keep accurately pointing out he’s promising stuff he can do on the council but not as mayor & isn’t reading budgetary numbers correctly. He can’t run for president or anything. 🤷♂️
Yep - it's the offering free pizza for lunch, and no homework, running as student council. You're going to get hit with reality really quick.
