Again, she was confirmed 50-48, w/ every Republican except Vance (wasn’t present) voting against her confirmation. Sinema didn’t vote but was an Independent at the time. Only Democrats voted for her. Another of Biden’s record 235 federal judges, shepherded through by Chuck Schumer, saving lives.

Senator Barrasso wrote an op-ed in the WSJ a few days ago crying because Schumer & Dems have been so effective w/ holds & forcing them to waste time on confirmation hearings…Like how Fox News lashed out before they went on recess since he didn’t cut a deal for them…Like this app doesn’t care about.

He did vote for her at least. But so did Manchin so his stans aren’t gonna talk about Schumer’s leadership being important for things like this whether people love him as future Majority Leader or not, whenever Democrats are able to actually be in the majority again so Thune isn’t wrecking things…
