People are getting outraged by his statements, which are in fact insulting to people who live in major cities, don't want to own, or literally cant due to physical or personal limitations. You can keep defending it, but it is an asinine statement plain and simple.

I dont think you understood my point. I said multiple times his proposals have a POV : GenZ, His Ideas Moot without "HOW" but People only read Comments and get outraged on comments from people that havent read the thing, that actually has valid points it adds more than takes its a starting point

Other VERY important thing is 2 understand that RE is always local,I dont know details on HIS community,I see NYs have a very different POV. I am from SEFL parent of GenZs & understand a lot of it comes from that. Charge $2.5k for a 550sq 1/1 Will deprive a GenZ with Student debt 2 EVER own anything

Location is not even good for these examples. What can a 22 yo New Teacher with a 45k salary with 30k student debt, a car, can do ? This shit is obscene Yes they "Can" pay it but can they save? This ROBS wealth that should be used for actually owning it and creating wealth not tranferring it
