You know what the MAGA people actually do, they don't read the comments made to them and they keep talking and call people dumb for not wanting to follow the jangly keys.
You want to flaunt your career, instead of taking a hard look at reality the societal good of home ownership has been taken over by corporations buying houses and changing neighborhoods. That repairs and updates are more and more expensive. But sure things were great in the 90s. 30 years ago.
Seems to me that because the book is written in the 90s you think the book is about the 90s economy... Its not.
