I think he is doing this because of the midterm elections. He cannot pull anyone from congress right now because the GOP fear losing the majority.

Politico is reporting it will be long term. Rubio will either burn out and quit or all the duties will kill him. I saw Jake Sullivan say today that he had little time to do any other work. How is Rubio going to do 4 jobs? www.politico.com/news/2025/05...
